Good Flashback Morning!
What a blast from the past! What a journey into overindulgence! What a bellyache! Went to the crawfish festival last night to see Three Dog Night. My buddy decided it'd be fun to do the 70s era authentically, so on the way he hands me 2 hits of acid so I could have my own psychadelic light show. I did! After eating about 35 pounds of hot, spicy crawfish and drinking a few huge beers we wandered to the stage and I learned that Jeremiah was indeed a bullfrog, and I dunno whose, but I drank somebodies wine and had a real good time. Next weekend is Kansas. Wonder who's bringing the frogs and wine then? Jim - as to your bike blessing, allow me to bless it by proxy.. Morning everyone! Supposed to be a nice, sunny day here today. Good thing because I'll be outside all day. The kiddos have two softball games, a baseball game and softball practice. Guess I won't be getting much work done.

Looks like summer has finally arrived here too! Got alot of gardening to do and cleaning the pond so i can put back the fish that have been residing in the living room all winter.
Trying to pretty up the yard so it has some "curb appeal" for potential buyers... thats if I ever find a house I'd like to move into .. this house buying is a pain in the arse.. just cant seem to find the house that has everything I want (have viewed about 50 now) and I am not really ready to build one from scratch yet... I am just worried about all the flakey contracters out there and having it cost an arm and a leg even after they quote you a price... I watch many shows on TV about renovations and contracters and it seems there are alot of shysters out there. Now the house prices have gone up because of the weather I'm tempted to wait again for winter haha (BlueBrit will kill me if he sees that) Hope you all have a nice sunny day!  |
