Only took 'em a full week and complaints from what must be the three remaining affiliates to put this up:

This is in response to questions and concerns about the technical issues of 26 April:

Though services have since resumed, our main core router had gone down, causing service delays while we worked to rebuild the firewalls.

Please accept our apologies for this delayed posting; we'll do all we can to keep you informed in a more timely fashion in the future.

Thank you for your understanding and your patience.

And of course, the issues were not limited to "26 April" as the entire site was off the net for about 5 days. And they promised to keep affiliates informed in a "more timely fashion" a couple of months ago when all the galleries disappeared for several days and it took 'em a week to even acknowledge the fact then.
