The whole things wreaks of not being fair. I can see taking the content maybe??? But your equipment WITHOUT complete due process!! I don't know all the legal details, but doesn't seem to be in compliance with the US Constitution as I read it. Guess you have to be an attorney...

With our current adminstration our constitution isn't worth a roll of "disposable" paper :-(
