I have no idea why you're being redirected to TopBucks.
But I can tell you that in Firefox you won't see the cookie information until you select something inside one of those folders. Selecting the folder name itself will always show you just what those two examples you posted show. Also, to see your examples we need to reload the page after getting the 403 error: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /topbuckspop/tb1.jpg on this server.
