Nope, it doesn't.
And torrent and ed2k networks cannot be really stopped. Sites like thepiratebay can't be touched because they arent hosting the files and servers are in countries that dont have so harsh piracy laws as the USA. It's here and it'll stay here for quite some time, imo. But I bet that we earn less $ because of it. Life aint fair ... f*ck it and get used of it.
