Fling works well for me. I promote it via NastyDollars, but I think they can be promoted through multiple sponsors somehow.

I use Fling as well. Actually fairly new addition. I havent been able to send the numbers yet to really see any pattern with conversions. But the traffic I do get to the pages I have any Fling material gets a great CTR. When I was researching what affiliates to pick up for dating I of course looked at AFF, but also did my research on the boards and elsewhere and found out the "truth" behind all the promises. I immediatly went on to look for better and more trustworthy partnerships.
