![]() "nasty" is not the word I'd use to describe the weather here in lovely Western New York. The word that came to mind when I opened the door to go shovel was "crunchy" We got 2 or 4 inches of snow last night, followed by a little rain which coated the snow with a nice sheet of ice. It's currently hailing & when that hail hits the ice covered snow, it makes a "crunch" sound. Some others call it freezing rain. It covers the trees, roads, cars, etc. with wet ice.
