good morning everyone

well this is the 3rd day in a row that I'll get nothing done online. Out to do more shopping today and hopefully this will be it.

Morning..
Well my 2 worst nightmares (in recent history) have come true. 1) a one-of-a-kind hand crafted piece of jewelry hasn't arrived yet. Luckily I put insurance and tracking on it tho the tracking for USPS is really *clears throat* useless. 2) I have to go to *choke, cough* Wal*mart today as it seems they are the only ones who have this particular George Jones CD in stock and RugDawg's Da wants it.

After a quick stop at the grocery store, I'll won't be leaving again until the morning of the 25th so we can have breakfast then hit the movies. Saw "Sweeney Todd" on friday night and "Walk Hard" yesterday.

Try to have a GREAT day and if you don't..there is another opportunity tomorrow!!

It's a very gray looking day here. Apparently it plans to rain today, then drop below freezing tonight. That means I'll be living on an ice rink. Oh joy.

This is one of those days when I could happily lay in bed sipping cocoa and watching movies all day long, but the wife is urging me to go out and get a gift for my parents. My father always wants tools which I cannot afford. My mother, well, who the hell knows? We usually end up getting her some sort of candle-thingy. Perhaps I'll go to the mall and buy myself something nice.

Get her one of those digital picture frames and pre-load it with some cute baby pictures of yourself, she'll love looking at different pictures of her cute little boy....oh wait, do you even have any cute baby pictures of yourself?

I can think of only one. I was a horribly cute baby (with a HUGE head), but our house burned down when I was two and most everything was lost. Apparently my beauty was not able to keep the fire at bay. Of course, there's always the possibility that my parents danced around our burning Civil War era home while tossing photos of me into the fire, chanting "burn little piggy, burn."
