 Sorry to hear that Toby. I had that happen around 6-7 years ago and replaced it with my current favorite mug in the attached pic. You can see the dent where it hit the concrete after falling out of my Jeep. I prefer dents over cracks anytime. Doesn't tip over, nicely insulated and has a lid for keeping it warmer longer and travel. (Bad news is I'd like to get another one just like it but I can't find the exact model anywhere now.) Wishing everyone a crack-free day.  P.S. We don't have a Starbucks within 80 miles of here, and I don't know how to order in one anyway. Got the mug on a trip to Colorado.
