I would never submit my blog index to a LL that mixed it in with free sites or galleries. The reason being is that eventually my blog will get pushed down and out of the traffic sweet spot as I can only submit it once where free site builders are submitting daily. In other words, my whole site gets the same treatment as a small free site.

Actually, on my LL - blogs get listed on the right sidebar under the blog heading and keep their relative position on the page - regardless of how many FS's are added to the page.
