Don't know where you're getting your traffic from but TRAFFIC HOLDER is a favorite of mine for loading/pumping newer TGPs. Check them out if you want.

I just made a post to a similar problem and the bottom line is that content is king. You have crap content, no one will come or bookmark. Post up the hottest shit the surfer has ever seen - and he's yours

and you keep him coming back with more quality content.
