This is now a national investigation and the CDC is involved. First, the medical establishment did not run a simple hepatitis test at the initial appearance of the HIV/AIDS virus, which would have eliminated the virus from the blood bank system and preventing the killing of thousands of people, especially hemophilics. Now we find out that medical clinics have been re-using syringes. This is the perfect justification for capital punishment. Corporate murderous scum! I did enjoy China's enforcement of corporate and governmental responsibility. The health minister, who was in charge of reducing lead in products manufactured in China, was arrested and six weeks later executed with a bullet to the head.
