for a few days we are having perfect weather.. hard to 'Wake Up People" when it's mid 70's in the day and 50's at night.
I saw the most surreal incident yesterday. it was like gorilla theater but live and in front of me. Traffic was kind of backed up on one of the main east/west routes and the city can't figure out how to sync traffic lights so that doesn't help with the traffic flow. Anyway apparently 2 cars in front of us decided to whip down the bike lane and try to squeeze in traffic ahead.. and neither were able too so they both at the same time popped back in the lane right in front of me except the 2nd car HIT the 1st car. They both stopped and all the people in the first car jumped out and started beating the crap out of the 2nd car itself.. kicking the windows, breaking the back windshield. It was so bizarre and people here thinking nothing of pulling out guns and shooting.. so I turned off while they were still honking, beating and screaming at the car. No full moon to blame just CRAZY assed drivers.
Anyway we were very cautious the rest of the day and since there wasn't anything on the news this morning..i'm guessing they didn't start firing into the car.
....So hopefully my trip to the post office and bank will be uneventful today since I skipped both yesterday and went straight to lunch.
