It wouldn't be surprising they are making it with tgp's, bet they are also getting massive traffic. I am no tgp expert, not even close, but seems you need to be real good at trading traffic, many say it's almost an art. Squeezing every bit and trading it the very best you can, getting back more than you send and so on. And all kinds of monitoring. Course with the trading scripts out these days sure it takes some of the work out of it.

Or if you have the best scripts and a big pocket full of cash...
