In regards to free site templates - my suggestion is build 31 templates and use one a day for a month then rotate - if the reviewers see the template too many times they will just decline the freesite or worse they might blacklist your domains.
Just changing the colors, and site title doesnt constitute a "new template" ... make sure they are all different layouts.  |
