Good Last Monday Of April!

Good Morning!

Busy ol season. Between concerts, the Crawfish Festival, Jazzfest, the beach, and Blessing of the Fleet, I feel like I haven't worked in forever. No need in starting now I suppose, as the festival season is just getting rolling good.

Found a lil stray dog and brought home yesterday. Poor thing is skinny and scared of everything. She took a liking to boiled crawfish right off the bat though, and acts dainty and sweet like a good Southern Belle so I named her Dixie. Now to get the cats to come out of their hiding spots.. they don't seem to be too fond of her.

This morning Dixie had sausage and eggs and biscuits and crawfish gravy with me then snoozed while I made the morning Gull run. I think the rest of the day she'll learn to hit the gravity bong and drink coffee.
