I see that crap all the time. And it really does give real opt-in email programs a bad name. Funny, almost everytime I watch TechTV, they tell you that most times the only thing the remove link does is give the spammer acknowledgment that it is truly a real person's email address.
But, when an honorable program or webmaster resource site gives you a remove link, I never worry about clicking remove. I do the same as Cleo... Just setup a filter so it just goes into the trash. |
