Morning all

Great news from the Dr. yesterday. No sleep apnea. And my A1C (average blood sugar for the last three months) went down for the first time in 5 years. Bring on the next pound off, the diet and exercise are working.

Only thing I'm still sucking at is getting enough vitamin B, I'm still deficient. This is despite taking a multiple B vitamin, and drinking at least 1 (but usually 2) sugar free rockstars that has over 100% of the B vitamins required. This is the only sucky thing about being a vegetarian, and probably the reason I get so tired sometimes.

Heh Cleo, do you have the same thing, and what do you do to keep your levels up? And sorry about the car loan hassles, and car issues. Hope you guys get all that fixed soon.

Have a good one all.

Sorry, I am constantly deficient in Vitamin B12, despite taking supplements that are several times the recommended dose. Since that is something vegetarians get more often (and lately I've been Vegan) wondered if you had issues with it too?
