I have one submitter that has been sending the same site for a couple of months (same layout, new pics each time)... I simply keep rejecting it.
Once I get moved into my new place and have a few of the things I have been working on on my Link List finished, I will be posting a new set of rules that is a lot tougher. Sick of a lot of the garbage I have been getting. |
