What's the best strategy for a second paysite?

I'm not a paysite owner, but maybe you could ask your existing affiliates. In your next newsletter, solicit some feedback to see if it's something they can use or will promote.

Or contact some of your high-volume affiliates that sell that niche and see if they'd be willing to beta a new site or would promote it, etc.

Just a thought.
