I am pretty sure that every link not going to content on the freesite you submit or to a 2257-page will count as an outgoing link.
But this interlinking is what we use the hub for now, you can link to your hub from all submitted freesites (use one link of the three allowed on one page) and have your hub link to all your freesites. |
