seciruty_man is right. You need plenty of sites in your database with your link codes. The banners will make some money but not at first. Once traffic picks up especially from the SEs you'll make money from them.

What makes a link list profibable? TRAFFIC, plain & simple.

Of course with the traffic you need to still work it. Move sponsors in and out, various banners and still make free sites for it. But unlike TGPs, traffic usually means bookmarkers and SEs with some good trades (non script) going. And it takes time for all that to come in so be patient.
