How to get rid of these submitters?

, but i have the feeling the submit page is hit by some submit bot or so, it submits to every category i have and the description of the submitted site is always something like this: "syydggg <a href ".
Since the domains dont excist i cant understand the "why", but like NY yester and sven800 say, i will put them on the blacklist, it have to stop sometime

I think i found the solution and it was right infront of my face in my linksite admin......i am not gonna say yet what it is, but if it works then i am a fucking stupid moron ( and yep i know already some name me that way

), but till now i dont have those submits anymore, even blacklisting domains and emails and ip didnt work.
