Morning!
Today is doctor day for my yearly check up (oh joy) had my blood sucked and going to see the results. I meet a great woman threw a friend of mine that is a "Preventive Medicine Doctor" they have me really interested in all this stuff. She is going to load me up with a bunch of stuff to try and swears I'll feel like a million bucks. Hell I give it a shot as lately regular doctors are making me question a lot of things.
