It seems to be it's reversed itself and that now, if it isn't mandantory then submitters aren't putting up recips.

Thats because I know the quality of your sites and the way I see it a blog roll should be as much about making suggestions of other places a surfer may enjoy than just a place for recips

I've never gotten a customized license plate but for about 20 years I've thought about getting one that says 'HERETIC'.
