I refuse to believe that no one at CCBill thought it'd be a good idea for the new system to take the CA and PA portion from this:

and insert it into the new code. Hell, what part of the paysite's acct number & affiliate's acct number is useless to the new system?

Those values are inserted into the enrypted string located in the new linking code. For example: http://wms.ccbill.com/wmsct/w_id/fo6...SLvJPZb2tsWMs*
