Your TGP3 sub got through to me and it's listed.
You read the rules, didn't break any, and that's all it takes to sub galleries and free sites to a lot of places. I'd hang on to the paysite, build some free sites and galleries to promote it, read everyone's rules before submitting, see what works for you, and take it from there.
