Good afternoon all

its 5:16 midday here and a temp of C18...yep we have some nice hot summer days as a start for our holiday...NOT!
Dragged the hubby from shop to shop to find me some stuff which i need to keep the poolwater clean...now for some reason the shops here think summer is over already (well you cant blame them, if we have a temp of C18 and C10 at night).....we needed to visite 7 different shops to get what we needed!
Tomorrow my daugther will be away with her friends and she will spent the night at her boyfriends home (in a spare room, i warned his mother that hell will break loose , if i find out that they slept in one room), so hubby and me deside to spent the day with our son, we will go to some sience, technical thing, well its something guys like (not me), you can do all kind of siensce stuf and techical things there yourself, but if the guys are happy then i am happy too

This eve i will be doing some online work i think and further i will be watching a movie or so.

MML i have bin reading about COPD last time at my doc, well my doc pointed me on the disease because i smoke alot and i have bronchites (well i grew over the bronchites when i was 6 years old, but a couple of months ago it came back) my doc pointed me on the facted, stop smoking, eat healthy and move your but (healthy food i do already and moving my butt also, the smoking is still a pain in the ass), this to prevent i would end with copd, it sucks you have the copd, because it cant be ...how you name it, you cant get rid of it, but you still can make it that way that you will feel better and the copd wont get worse, like the doc said to me: stop smoking, eat healthy and move your body.
I hope the meds help you to feel better soon and its important now to think how to change your life style (smoking, food, moving) to prevent you will get sick in a worser way. You see, i like to bug you for a longgggggggggggggggggggggggggg time in this biss

Ack, sorry to hear that MML.

Today's a big day for me. I'm getting together with my core group of friends from high school to play some poker tonight. May not sound like a big deal, but one of my buddies lives in Japan and in August moves to Turkey. We only can only see him once a year, so even the rest of us only meet up once a year.

We've had deaths and divorces and bad feelings and whatnot which have reduced our numbers, so there's only 4 of us left which makes it even more important that we all get to see each other.

So after a bit of business this morning I'm going to be running errands and straightening the house up.
