They recently changed the regs so you can have a third party [i.e. lawyer] hold the info but before that you were bound to have them at your place of business and available to the FBI for inspection during regular business hours. Needless to say, under the old regime few "single girl" webmasters complied and gave out their real names and addresses on their 2257 pages. If it were me, I'd get an experienced lawyer to do 2257 stuff now that it is allowed.
