Yes it was very good. The first 30 minutes are "weird" but the movie is quite good.

.....I was close to walking out for the first 30 minutes or so.....but wow, was it ever worth the wait! It may not appeal to everyone, but I sure did enjoy that one!

.....I thought it interesting that it took place in South Africa....they have had quite a wild history. It was sure thought-provoking, a lot of wild parallels. I can't wait to see it again!

Title of this thread says it all! A movie outside of the usual garbage being produced repeatedly these days. I really enjoyed this movie, unpredictable plot and internal struggles of these characters. Everyone, this is the movie you have to see this summer!

It was great. Like a lot of science fiction I think it relied too much on projections of known human interaction between cultures onto what it might be like if we come in contact with aliens.

It was so well done though...the documentary style technique was perfect, and the effects were not overdone but very, very good.
