Here's a "basic starting list" of what you might need:
domain name
hosting
good website design
payment processing
traffic
KNOWLEDGE

The majority of the list is rather easy to get set up overall although that last one can be a bit more tricky

Do some searches on the board, join into the chatroom (Saturday radio shows are a great learning tool if used), post on the board, get to know people and ask questions!

It might seem like a lot to start with but it can come together with the right effort and desire imho
