Probably different memories of that storm, seeing as he'd have been about 6 at the time and I was 22 and just trying to convince the National Guard to let me and my friend cross Genesee Street to get to the 747 Club (aka 'The Jet') where I knew there'd be a big party going on. I know they start partying young in Buffalo, but I'm not sure I'd have seen Greenie there even if the Guardsmen had let us cross the street.
