Sponser tracking software?

I've used Stats Remote for over a year now, and it has worked fine...but I recently subscribed to Revstats, 'cause I wanted detailed info on individual sites within each sponsor, which stats remote doesn't provide.

One problem I've had recently with Revstats is a lot of 500 errors - server busy - I'm even getting one now (7AM EST - 3/25/04).

Also, I've asked repeatedly to have categories enabled for my account, with no answer

I'll give it some more time......
