Seems like it would depend on how much content you start with. If you had 20 sets of pics and a few videos, and only updated a new video weekly then someone probably won't rebill (with an exception). If you started with thousands of pics and dozens of vids, then they will likely still be going through the rest still and might rebill until they lose interest.

The exception being a smaller niche or content that they just have to have or can't find elsewhere.
