I've always thought the crime in Toronto was out of hand. That's why I moved back to Washington, DC
 You dod the right thing by getting out of there but there was no need to wait for a green light if the traffic ic clear for you to go. Just get out of there and be safe. Calling the police wouldn't hurt because they could at least check it out and maybe get the bum off the street. |
