Can definitely confirm that Sic Cash is not only not paying and are out of the biz - but will not answer support emails
Of course there are some active programs that wont answer support emails either (Pimproll) but thats another story

I read in XBiz today that SIC's keeping some of the side projects open, like Rainbow Revenue, so you might be able to hit up Shok or someone over there
