Morning all.

Since it is an off day on my Wii workout, I picked some weeds this morning. By 8am it was too hot to work anymore. Come on fall! Planted some seeds in the greenhouse, and now I'm back showered and ready to work.

Energy is getting better, but damn, staying off caffeine is bitch sometimes, but it masked my anemia for way too long so trying to take my iron and get my energy back that way.

Now that I'm off my fast, I've been really enjoying cooking some vegan recipes. Made curry in a crock pot yesterday, and Naam bread with all kinds of non wheat flour. Came out good.

Sorry about the cracked rib Cleo, hope that feels better soon. I'm sure some

would help.
