Good Day

The joys of owning an old home reared their ugly heads yesterday. Heard a water leak under the house had the plumber come out and fix it but while under the house found a sewage pipe leak which explains the slight funky smell lately. Couple of months back we had that line fixed from the front of house to the main sewer line in the street and now having the rest of the pipe under the house replaced. So in the past 3 months $12,000 on plumbing issues....ohhhh the joy!!! Thanks for letting me get that off my chest.

Later today, once the plumber is done, we have to go find a new fridge since ours is starting to make a bunch of noises. I won't even go into the recent issues on my rental homes

Until then I need to do a bunch of work to try and recover from all of this.
