I also noticed another good sponsors that stopped adding classical free hosted galleries and remained only at embed tube video codes ... Times are changing

There is WAY more money is supplying tube clips than in making hosted galleries. Similar to when TGPs took off and making hosted free sites for link lists was almost a waste of time.... almost, lol.

And before someone jumps on my back this is from a program/paysite owner that sees the stats. Believe me when I say hosted TGP galleries made massively more sales than hosted free sites ever did.

Same can be said now for tube clips. And programs spend their money hiring someone to upload clips to tubes rather than hiring someone to make hosted galleries. Not all of course but some. The smart programs do both.
