You should probably wear the brace when you are tired and working. I have seen you fall asleep behind your lap top sitting at a table and have watched your head snap back and forth trying to fight it. That probably would not be good.

Oddly enough, ever since my 1st surgery, I have not been doing that at all. I'm sleeping rather well these days
