So I did that and got:
"Card Verification Debit Amount Under Review Your card verification request has been sent for manual review by one of our operators. Please do not attempt to resubmit the request until a decision is made, because your transaction may be duplicated." MANUAL REVIEW? Can't you guys make anything easy? I guess I'll wait again for someone to get back to me. |
