Good Thursday Peoples

We got a great deal on a new TiVo HD DVR about 2 weeks ago (not the deal featured there now - we got it for $399) and we started to hook it up Tuesday night. I've had a TiVo since 2001, but we never got a HD model due to the price & seeing as Time Warner gives you one for about $7/month. This thing is fucking SWEET! It blows away the piece-of-shit Time Warner DVR that we have throughout the house. The guide is amazing (17 days of programming instead of 7), it hooks up to Netflix, Amazon, Hulu Plus and You Tube, and there's a couple of other bells-and-whistles that I have yet to discover. It comes with 45 hours of HD recording space (320GB HD), but you can easily hook up an external HD, so I'm thinking of getting this bad boy for $150 to add another 420 hours of HD recording space. There's also an app to watch, edit, program, etc. It runs off a CableCard which is only $2.50/month from Time Warner. The deal they have now is pretty decent, so if you want to spice up your TV viewing, I HIGHLY recommend it!

Since there's football tonight, I'll be crunching some numbers 1st before I get back to working on slinging porn.
