Morning!

It's Run Around Wednesday, but luckily for me, I only have 1 appt: I'm being evaluated for Aquatic Physical Therapy. Since regular PT was not working & left me in more pain each time I went, the doc's think that this new type in the water will be easier on my back & not leave me in as much pain as the regular PT.

Of course, before & after that, it's work for me |eatme|

Depending on the weather we may go kayaking tonight, guess that is kind of Aquatic Physical Therapy.

Work, gym, grocery shopping, more work and maybe an evening paddle is my agenda so far for today.

We are meeting up with friends to get covered in mud and bugs while Kayaking On Loxahatchee River again this weekend.

Good morning!

Got our new uncut 3D dick promos all done, beta testing done, then zipped it up and submitted it to Renderotica yesterday. Just waiting for their testing and to get the product live. It took me all day to do that. I was also battling neck/shoulder pain from overdoing my hammer curls on Monday.

Today is a regular work day, plus a workout after having skipped yesterday. Might run to the store for a few things, but other than that, same old same old. Have a great one all!

I did some running around too this morning. Dropped of the trailer I need for work at the repair shop, dropped off all my invoices at my accountant, dropped off some jackhammers that I rented last week. Drove 120 km/75 mile all together. My 1.5 year old son accompanied me. Loads of fun we had.

Other than that I didn't do much.

Good evening guys and gals.
Today was my last day of semi-vacation and tomorrow I heading back to work.
Our condo looks like mess, construction guys and painters are quite messy guys

I should know better, I'm one of them. Anyway looks like we are behind the schedule, over the budget but we are happy that finally we are gonna have something how we wanted.
