Monday October 26th (aka I Think It's Officially Cold & Flu Season)

No flu or cold here but I do feel like a piece of salted bacon left out in the sun after spending the day kayaking yesterday.

Weighed myself this morning and I've officially lost 75lbs since November of 2013 using the Fitbit app on my iPhone.

It's laundry day for me. Put all the guest room sheets and towels in the washer before I went to bed last night and now just put all my dark clothes in the washer. Still have to do my bed sheets and towels.

Other than that just a day of work planned. I may go for a bike ride this afternoon if the weather stays nice.
