Don't take this the wrong way, but did you pay to have that site designed?

1st problem the designer has is that they are using %'s for some of the table width's & actual pixel dimensions for other tables - which really makes the pages look fucked when you get to a larger monitor size - take a look at these 3 versions of the same page:

My regular screen size:

Notice how that top table shrinks each time?

Also, on the 2nd page, the big banner in the middle is not centered on my screen:
