2016-12-10 It's Saturday Morning

Cold and miserable - both the weather and me. Working and not wanting to work. Jealous of artwilliams and jollyhumper for their self inflicted poisoning. I'm allowed a maximum of one pint of beer a day, and not even every day (and that is an UK pint which is less than an US pint). Even if I could drink more alcohol I'm limited to two and a half pints of liquid a day, and that is not enough to get drunk on. There is a saying "Getting old is a bastard, but it beats the alternative". I'm beginning to wonder if the second part of that is true.
