Push new or different programs then. I was experiencing the same. These days I've narrowed the focus and sales roll in. Not like the hay dayz but...if sponsors are cutting non-performing affiliates then affiliates can cut non-performing sponsors.

Everyone knows my opinion here, You've shouted me down often enough. But the proof of the pudding is in the eating, and my sales for December on my adult sites were almost entirely non adult products. Plus those adult sales I did make we're for adult eBooks from A1 (not just mine' but affiliate sales too) none for adult websites, and last month not even any adult video sales either.

As Einstein said "We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking that got us into this mess in the first place."

But still everyone insists on wasting their hard earned traffic by just promoting adult stuff!
