Good Morning

Update: Still very battered and bruised but feeling a bit better. Stretching does not make my eyes water which is good. Spent all day yesterday on heat and ice, sometimes both at the same time. Getting up and down is still a bit painful but once I get into position I'm pretty comfortable. Walking is already easier too so I should be able to deal with pain for our plans tomorrow and Thursday, though time spent will be much shorter.

Today will be the same as yesterday since it seemed to help and that's all I got.
