Good Morning

Not to moan on about this but my back is doing better though my ass, not so much. I know have spasms and tingly sensations running down my right leg. Fucking Joy! I tried calling my chiropractor and because I have not been there in 2 years I'm considered a new patient and they are not taking new patients

Sooo, I have a doctor appt today with my regular doctor. I have a feeling this will be a waste of time as they will have to refer me wherever and who knows how long that will all take

Any Fucking Hoo, I'll just do some work while sitting on heat and ice until then.

They just called me and apologized as it was a new employee and she did not understand I had been a patient for 20+ years. Can't see till Monday though as they are super busy but that's ok
