Hi there

Tired as a [something very tired] because of reduced sleep, but I'm no longer in doubt; those meds I've been taking pulls me down. Funk is really loosing its grip!

Had to go to my other work today, sometimes I wonder if they're able to handle things without me involved, at all.

Now it's this weeks AA and tomorrow morning I'm going to tell my story to a group of therapists. Third time within a month, I'm taking a break after this one. Phu!
